Lower the Bar

I used to wait until I had something 'important' to say. Now I publish notes, observations, half-formed ideas. The bar is 'did I learn something this week?' That's always yes.

Time-Box It

45 minutes on a Sunday morning. No more. If it's not done, it goes out anyway. Constraints force decisions.

Keep a Running List

I have a note called 'Post Ideas'. Every time I think 'that's interesting' I add it. On Sunday I pick the one with the most energy.

Write, sleep, edit. Fresh eyes catch the clunky sentences your tired brain couldn't.
