Hello, I'm Pete

I'm a designer and developer based in Edinburgh. I write about design systems, web performance, and building things on the internet.

This site is built with Astro and driven entirely by markdown files — no database, no CMS, no fuss. Add a .md file to src/content/posts/, push to git, done.

What I Work On

By day I work on product design at a small SaaS company. By night I tinker with side projects, contribute to open source, and occasionally write here.
